The Overlook - Downtown - Parking

The Overlook got its name from the oversized deck overlooking the award-winning Cape Fear river walk! The Overlook is one of the best spots in downtown Wilmington. Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, museums, breweries, and more! The Overlook offers a king bed, one bath, and a massive deck for morning coffees or sipping afternoon wine. Enjoy all of downtown Wilmington in this centrally located condo!

The Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington is a showstopper of a stroll that is a distinctive attraction all its own. Originally conceived in the 1980s as a way to generate more interest and tourism to the Cape Fear River waterfront regions of Wilmington's historic Downtown, today the Riverwalk encompasses a full mile of scenic boardwalk, hugging the borders of the riverfront, and providing visitors with endless views and easy access to some of the Downtown's most beloved attractions.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot across from the building.

Amazing trip to Wilmington
My family absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Wilmington. It was clean and an amazing location within walking distance to anything that you would need during your stay. We loved our daily walks on the Riverwalk! The apartment is also a short 25-30 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, so we were able to explore Wilmington during the day and spent our evenings relaxing on the beach. The host also includes a parking pass to you donā€™t have to pay for daily parking. We definitely want to stay here again!!

We had a fantastic stay here. The location alone is awesome and the place was very clean and had a brand new feel. We came in town for a concert and were able to walk to the venue which was great. There are several restaurants within a rockā€™s throw. The view from the balcony of the river and riverwalk was beautiful. The host was very accommodating and available. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again.

First time to Wilmington and condo was great! It was in a perfect location - close to everything (didnā€™t need a car at all) and quiet at night! The river view was perfect. Unfortunately, we didnā€™t get to use the balcony due the rain but we definitely would have! Owners were very accommodating and and worked with us on our arrival/departure due to thurricane Debby

Relaxing Week in Wilmington
We took advantage of the week after Labor Day when the crowds were gone. Location is perfect for walking to anywhere in the historic district in addition to a impeccable view from the balcony of the Cape Fear River. A boat launching area just a few blocks away allowed me to enjoy kayaking the river. We plan to return.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday and I have to say this condo did not disappoint. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. They also checked in regularly to make sure overseas going well with our stay. The condo itself was incredibly clean and spacious. Perfect for a getaway.

Lovely Stay by the Cape Fear River!
The Overlook was the perfect place to stay by the water in downtown Wilmington. It was smartly appointed with everything we needed and is located right next to the River Walk. Excellent dining and shopping are nearby. The sunsets over the river were gorgeous!

Amazing view!!
This place is really cute and the balcony view is to die for! Sadly we tried to communicate with the property manager numerous times and never once received a reply. Also the toilet ran constantly which was annoying and the curtains didnā€™t cover the windows fully in the bedroom so it was light all night long. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.
