Situated in the gorgeous Aspens neighborhood, Indian Paintbrush 1113 is the epitome of tranquility in the Tetons. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath mountain-contemporary condo sits beside a small stream with frequent wildlife visitors and easy access to dining, shopping, a bike path system (in summer), and groomed Nordic skiing (in winter). It is a mere 5-minute walk to an excellent bakery/coffee shop, a yoga studio, a popular sushi restaurant, a gourmet market/deli and the bus stop (with access to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the town of Jackson).

Both the kitchen and bathroom have undergone full renovations. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances, while the bathroom showcases contemporary fixtures and a new washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, perfect for a single or couple. The living room has recently been redone with new furnishings, allowing guests to enjoy the distant Teton views comfortably. A twin bed in the living room allows for a third guest. Curl up by the fireplace with a good book or relax on the back patio and enjoy the stream flowing through the yard. This unit has Roku and Hulu Live, but does not feature cable.

First time in Jackson Hole!
Beautiful, well-stocked condo! We were blessed to see moose and her calf wander up while having coffee on the patio! 2 other moose drank from the stream. We had a great view of the Tetons. Welcome coffee and donuts a nice touch Thanks for a memorable stay!

Our stay at Indian Paintbrush was great. It's a nice place to come back to after a long day in the parks. Quiet setting off the main road. It does have a place above you but the neighbors were quiet. The pics on Vrbo don't tell the whole story. It's actually nicer and has more room than it looks. You could easily sleep 6 people. The wood fireplace was a great addition. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Nice little retreat
Comfortable, very well equipped condo with a great “cabin” aesthetic. Management was responsive and professional. Great location near the Village and park entrance. You can hear your upstairs neighbors and the Aspens neighborhood and buildings seem a little neglected. But we would stay again.

Grand Teton Get-away
This condo fit our needs perfectly. Location was on the way to the park, so morning traffic was minimal. Lots of trees around, so even though there were lots of people in the complex, it felt isolated from the world. Kitchen was well stocked, furniture and beds were comfy. Only reasons I gave it 4 stars is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors well and the commode struggles to completely flush.

Perfect little place for a quiet getaway
If you want to be just far enough away from the crowds but have convenient access to the parks and the market, if you love aspen trees and are looking for an occasional moose sighting and/or a fox, then this place is for you. It is a very cozy, very quiet, wonderful little place to stay. I was sad to say goodbye to such a sweet place.

Indian Paintbrush was a great location - centrally located between Teton Village and Jackson yet in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. We even saw a moose next to our condo grazing on the brush! The accommodations were perfect for two, the condo was roomy and well kept. Walking distance to the market and Persephone’s was great for breakfast or lunch - their pastries were awesome! Plenty of walk/bike paths. The Grand Teton National Park was 20 minutes ; recommend The fairy ride on Jenny Lake and Taggart Lake trailheads for great scenery. Yellowstone Old Faithful was just over 2 hrs, recommend getting there before 9 to avoid crowd. Fairy Falls trailhead and the Overlook to Grand Prismatic Spring and the waterfall was incredible. Jackson was very active - plenty of dining, shops and nightlife ( live music at Silver Dollar and Millionaire Cowboy bars). Outpost was great at communicating and checkin and checkout was a breeze! I would definitely stay there again!

Nice condo, but the kitchen was not well outfitted (no spices to speak of, no aluminum foil, no plastic wrap, no baggies). No fan for any of the rooms (it hit the high 80’s). Soundproofing was lacking.

Incredible place!!
This place was simply amazing. My husband and I got in late our first night and the hosts had the lights on for us and even a little box of donut holes (our favorite!). We absolutely loved the location of this place. A view of the southern Tetons from your back patio as well as a nice stream that flows right by the condo. The market and bakery/coffee shop are walking distance and have everything you need, both places are very nice! Less than a 10 minute drive to the south entrance of the Park that takes you on a beautiful gravel road to Moose (they had just laid new gravel after Memorial Day, before Memorial Day the gravel is a bit more rough). The local neighbors were so nice.. The place is so relaxing, well equipped with kitchen supplies, super comfortable bed - all around just an awesome place to stay! We will definitely be making our way back to this place again!

The Outpost company I dealt with through VRBO was no doubt, the best to deal with in renting a place. Very fast at answering questions and easy check in process. Surprised at the alternate bed, it was really comfy. Kitchen worked out well. Surprised also to be able to sit on the tiny back pad and look at the top of the ski area, that was very relaxing. Negatives if any, the shower needs some updating, some full time residents can be noisy, however, they live there so I suppose I can be noisy at my house too.

The Aspens are the place to be
Third time visiting GTNP and we always stay in Wilson. The first 2 times were towards the back of the property and had wonderful sightings of moose every afternoon. This property is closer to the front so wildlife was not present. Same layout but much better pricing than our original. The Outpost does a great job communicating with you and the unit was very clean. These are older buildings and the original woodwork (doors/cabinets) are showing the wear. Furnishings all appeared new and in good shape. We did find this unit to be very noisy depending on the occupants upstairs. Don't recall that being the case with other the other unit. Overall it met our needs and we would rent again.
