Enjoyable as was our previous visit. Valance on bed had staining on it, these are not changed. Top sheets are clean. Comfortable accommodations, slept very well. Breakfast lovely. Might have to wait for items to be replenished as some guests behave greedily and take everything despite there being a queue. Perfect area if you want to visit Camber Sands or Winchelsea Beach. Had dinner at the restaurant, took quite a while (just under an hour) and we ordered mains only, only about 5 tables occupied. We had an enjoyable stay overall.

Lovely placd with restaurant and bar on sute which was good as there was nothing within walking distance. The room was vefy modern and comfortable the bathroom coukd do with updating but considering how much time you spend in there it's not really a problem. We had room 17 which was first floor and on the end so we had a balcony which was nice to sit out at night but there was no light.

Great hotel
The hotel is great. Very nice snd clean room, everything you need. We stayed with our family 2 adults 2 children and really loved it. Very nice territory, fountain with fishes, quiet location but you can easily reach shops and restaurants by car (5-7 minutes). Would come back here again.

The hotel staff,especially Violet, went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay pleasant. Breakfast is cooked to order and extremely generous. Fresh fruit and variety of juices are available. Fields behind have a swan.

This was our first stop outside of London. We hit the jackpot right off the bat. The room was great, and the owner made sure we were comfortable. We had trouble with the heat (my fault, not the heater’s). Who knew you used a remote to control the heat. We were given a prompt, friendly lesson. In the morning we went to breakfast and we’re shown to a buffet with cold cuts, fresh fruit cereal etc., not bad. As we got to our table, we are given a menu with cooked to order options. Perhaps, our best breakfast of the next two weeks of travel. It may also have been our best stay.

Immaculate and comfortable.
We stayed in the Swan Deluxe Suite and wished we'd booked for longer. It looks like it was only recently renovated and it was immaculate, clean and tasteful. Was nice having a separate living area. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. The little terrace was nice. If it had been warmer, i imagined having a drink on the terrace, looking at the gorgeous view. The breakfast was buffet style and had so many options. Didnt eat in the restaurant but looked nice. Staff were welcoming and the surroundings were nice. I liked the olive trees around the suites. Id book again. Not sure what the standard rooms are like.

Nice and quaint. Service in restaurant was very slow but waitresses were really good and explained the wait when we sat down and kept us informed so they were brilliant, however over and hour and a half to wait for 2 meals was unacceptable.
