Not impressed, won't chose again.
Chose Fairfield as it was an up-tic from what we normally chose when doing this trip expecting with a higher price a better experience but didn't have it. The AC unit didn't work, it only pumped heat. The cheap rolled wall paper had shrunk, exposing unfinished wall and was peeling. No food choice for early risers. A 2nd time that Hotels.com has indicated availability of a handicap accessible room, we chose it/book it/pay for it and when we get to the facility they do NOT have any, 1st time none existed in the building. Going to stop using Hotels.com and start using other tools.

Noisy rooms. Constant thumping overhead. Squealing fans for ventilation. Person preparing breakfast was lazy and in my opinion poor job. No noise insulation in the walls. Staff seem rude about booking through hotels.com instead of directly through them
