The room was great, and the staff were fantastic very friendly. I was disappointed that we had to wait nearly 20mins today to get into breakfast. I feel there could be a better way of arranging that. The food we had during the stay was great. Especially in the Japanese restaurant.

What a wonderful hotel, the rooms are beautiful and immaculately maintained, hot tub was lovely, spa is nice. Mazumi restaurant was lovely and Benn was a wonderful host at meal times. The Bentley service is a great perk.

Everything was perfect, the room was spotless, the hottub was lovely, the breakfast was perfect. We were even upgraded!. The only things i would say is the bathroom could be more roomier, the shower could be updated with better water pressure. But other than that it was perfect.

This hotel is perfect. Perfect location. A few minutes walk into the town. The spa/pool/jacuzzi area is excellent and very relaxing. Close to all the restaurants and pubs but far enough out so it is quiet. The only niggle was you could feel the springs in the bed. However if you are only staying a few nights then it isn’t a massive issue. Just a shame as the bed looks amazing. It hasn’t stopped me from already looking to come back here. Highly recommend. 5*
