After staying 2 nights the previous week, I came back. By mistake, I didn't book a water view room. I asked one of the managers to upgrade me as a courtesy. She would not, she insisted that I pay an additional funds (they were not booked up). This may be their policy however, if I had a customer come to my business and spend thousands, I would not press them to pay for an upgrade. I don't believe that I will be back.

Caesars Windsor a great stay
Was a nice room with a view of the river. We came for a concert so it was a quick in and out but the hotel was very nice and located near the venue. We had fun playing in the casino.

The room was okay, but there were noisy guests next to us was making loud noises around 3:00am , likely we call front desk, they send security and they took care fairly quickly
