The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. The pillows had a smell to them. The cleaning staff had a person that was actually very rude. They literally scoffed at you as you were asking for extra amenities. I thought it was just me, but another person in the elevator confirmed. The front staff was nicer, which is why I opted to ask them instead.

Could be better.
The hotel is not quite in shape. There are stained carpets, and chipped paint here and there on the walls. It has the potential to be quite a nice stay, but not enough money has been dedicated to repair and maintenance. The kitchens in the suites do not seem quite finished, and have not been so for at least a year. There was no soap provided for the electric dishwasher and there were VERY few actual utensils in the kitchen, nor have there been such for at least a year. The staff were great, and the parking was good. The location is also good.

The check in process was terrible. I was told I didn’t have a reservation and was at the wrong hotel. The was no cell service so couldn’t pull up my confirmation information. Next time I will book direct with the hotel.

Nice rooms. Pretty loud noise for a hotel. Doors can be heard slamming, people walking and if near the elevator you’ll hear it ding. Clean property, nice parking design.
