Overview:

Farmhouse of Blessing is a lovely cottage set in Holmes County, OH, home to one of the nations largest Amish populations. You will enjoy our sparkling clean home that offers a calm and relaxing environment. We also offer free late Sunday checkout. No checking out until 4:00.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with original brick and beams, and a lovely outdoor patio area. There are two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the dining room, and two full bathrooms. The laundry room has a vanity/sink area to supplement the bathrooms.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

-- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

My sisters and I take a sister trip every November and we have said this was one of our favorite houses! It is beautiful and clean and just the right size for us. It was decorated so nice and we had everything we needed. It was in a great location. We were close to everything. We will come to this house again!

This was a very clean place that was very close to Berlin and other cities in Amish country. Met the owner who was very friendly and was helpful with advice. Highly recommend, and would stay again, if I returned to the area.

Great place to stay and in a great location
Loved this farmhouse style home. Lucky enough to meet the owners and they were very polite and accommodating. Location is great about 10 minutes to several amish towns. Barn was great and wife loved the cats.

Even better than expected
The cottage was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, clean even behind the furniture. It was such a relaxing experience. Loved hearing the church bells playing, loved that it was an easy walk to the Beacon cafe, the hosts were near by and even lent us a rolling pin since we forgot to pack one. The only negative is it is very close to the road so we did see/hear a lot of traffic. To me the positives far outweigh that one issue! We plan on booking again next year.

Fun times in Amish country
My husband and I along with his brother and his wife stayed two nights just for fun. They are from Columbus and we’re from Alliance so it was a good meeting place. We absolutely loved the farmhouse! It was immaculate! The only thing I wish we could have changed is the proximity to the road. It didn’t bother us while in the house, but outside on the patio was a little loud. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed!

Beautiful Retreat
The rental was exactly as advertised. The beautiful cottage is located in a serene location on a working Amish farm. The owners are wonderful and eager to accommodate any requests. We were two friends on a shopping trip to quilt and fabric shops. The cottage is arranged in such a way that there is plenty of open space (loved the kitchen!) but very private sleeping and bathroom accommodations. Super clean! We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Very clean and within walking distance to the town of Winesburg. We would walk down for breakfast in the morning. Very pleasant. Loved the fact that we each had our own bedroom with bathroom. Definitely would stay again. Thank you.
