The hotel was great for my short stay on business. Tim Hortons attached along with Brown Social House made it very convenient. The area just up the street from location is sketchy with people however have come to understand that is normal for Winnipeg. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m In town.

I liked the hotel a lot but we were there for vacation and there wasn’t so much to do near the hotel. If you need to be downtown I give it five stars. If you’re there for summer vacation it’s probably more of four stars. The staff I interacted with were great. Good bar and restaurant next door. Room is large, nice and clean. The window is on one side so not super bright.

Hotel is nice and clean. Service is ok. The Tim Horton's at the bottom of the hotel closes on the weekend which was a surprise. The area is quite depressed and other than theBrowns Social House beside the hotel, there is not much else around the area.

We stopped as part of a road trip. The room was clean and lovely and we realized quickly why there are ear plugs in the room. It was quite loud. The front desk wasn’t super friendly but not awful. We weren’t thrilled to pay $45 pet fee and were surprised at a $21 parking cost for one night. Needing a swipe card to turn on the lights was annoying, especially when there were 3 of us and only two cards.
