We’ll stay again! I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have 5 stars.. it was perfect. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast was great and staff are friendly.

Not happy.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is the first time that I was told the next day of my 2 day stay that I needed to contact the front desk to have our room tidied up, towels changed and the bed made. So needless to say to my shock it hadn’t been done when I returned. The hotel had a lot of noise in the halls at all hours from people staying there although the room was fairly soundproof. For the higher price which is what I expect from a Hampton Inn this was way below the standards of others I’ve stayed in. Sadly more comparable to a Motel 6. I won’t stay there again.

We had two room changes in 3 days. The first room had a leaky air conditioner and the second room has a clogged toilet and after a 6 hour wait for service they still hadn’t gotten someone to plunge it. It was 11pm before we got our third room. The hotel wouldn’t give us an upgrade because we booked on Expedia and apparently they couldn’t. Rooms 2 and 3 didn’t have cold fridges and all of our food spoiled. The fold out couches were terribly uncomfortable, even for our kids. There was garbage left on our floor for almost an entire day (by the elevator) without being picked up and the pool had soggy toilet paper all over it the first time we went down there. We asked twice in one day for extra towels and didn’t get any. We ended up buying towels. At checkout we complained (again) and were refunded $20 per night - still costing $150 a night. Absolutely appalling service. Super unhelpful staff. Would not recommend.

We’ve stayed in this hotel for years. The quality is not quite what it used to be. It used to be top notch. It’s still pretty good but everything has declined. Maintenance is falling behind. Breakfast was in short supply. A little disappointed this time around.
