This hotel had the bare necessities but was not great for the price. My impression is that they do the bare minimum. You had to ask for room service, otherwise there was none. We were given one bath towel and hand towel each, and one bar of soap. The room's trash cans had plastic bags laid on top of them, not inserted- it seemed as though we are expected to prepare our own trash cans now? This made me question the quality of other things like the thoroughness of the room cleaning and laundry. The beds were comfy at least. We ate at the attached Vietnamese restaurant and the service was ok but the food was very bland. The continental breakfast was likewise sad. Probably the worst hotel coffee I have had- it was undrinkable. Hotel gym is in the basement and smells like it.

The hotel was close to our appointment the Pan Am Sports clinic. The staff were friendly. The hotel has been remodeled and very nice. The breakfast is very good.There is a restaurant right in the hotel that opens later.

We liked the spaciousness of the room we were in with a couch and table. We loved the food from the Middle Eastern restaurant near by that we could walk to pick up our order and return to enjoy and relax in our room.

Very happy with the spacious studio mini-suite. It is newly renovated and clean. The only regret is that it is the first hotel room I ever checked into that does not provide ordinary TV that one can watch standard channels like CBC, CTV, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. It does not work with streaming channels like Netflix, etc either.

This hotel is very nice. Great staff. Good location for convenient shopping nearby. Also, enjoyed the dining and pub atmosphere downstairs. Will book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here at this property. The location was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Corydon Avenue. Good parking and the staff were very professional with the check-ins and check-out. The workout space was small but great for our needs. Would have liked a yoga mat for doing stretching on the floor and not directly on the carpet.

It was fine. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable. The sink was slow, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work. There was a family next to us with kids that where noisy until about midnight but that is no fault of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, a little more variety would be nice, it was the exact same things both days. It wasnt a bad stay at all just average.

The staff was so friendly! It was quiet, love that you can control the temperature in the room if you want air conditioning or not. Not really a fan that it only had a shower in the bathroom. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was just okay, & it sucked that the pub attatched to the hotel stopped serving food after 6, so nothing to really eat after that time unless you skip or door dash something. Other than that I had a pretty good stay. Easy check in & check out as well.

The toilet was clogged , they came and fixed it at night ( right after check in) and they stated that they will change the room if it happens again. In the morning again same thing happened , they told that maintenance will fix it no need of room change. When we went outside they fixed it , but they did not clean the washroom after that. They just left the dirty washroom like that. The staff was not ready to give a room change after 2 episodes of toilet issues. Very disappointed.

The room was clean and satisfactory for our needs. We like to have the breakfast included and it was fine. Since we were on the road side of the hotel it was somewhat noisy in the morning. Also, I don't think the heater had been used and when we turned it on for warming, there was a dusty smell. So that could be checked. Overall we were satisfied.

The whole hotel smelt like an old bar. The check out process took way too long; there was no one at the desk and I had to wait for someone to come. There were lots of goings on in the hallway at all hours of the night.
