Nothing special about the property, I’ve stayed in other Sandman’s and all were above average for the price. My room at this facility was damp, the carpet, the air, my sheets even felt a tad damp when I got into bed. There is an obvious problem with the dampness in the room as the main door was also swelled and hard to open/close. Not certain why, there was no musty smell in the room so perhaps carpets were just cleaned?

Pool area was small, dark and dingy, felt very confined, an extremely long walk to get to. Person next to us had a yappy dog which could be heard in our room. Only 2 towels when we had 6 guests. Room was clean but would only stay again as a last resort

Everything is broken
Everything is broken here. Security doors to the guest room hallways didn’t lock. Security card lock in the elevator didn’t work, so just anyone from the street could access guest room floors. Hair in the bath tub. AC didn’t work. We were reluctantly given a new room, and the bath tub wouldn’t drain in the second room so when you were done showering the water was up around your legs. The door to the pool wouldn’t open without help from the manager. Then at 7:30am all 3 coffee machines in the lobby were empty. Wow. I’ll remember not to book here again. You guys need to get some major maintenance done.
