The bathrooms are fully equipped with luxurious cotton bath towels, make up wipes, and also Lysol wipes for disinfecting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, two ovens, microwave and fridge. Beautiful for those who enjoy to cook or make a quick meal. We provide:
Pot, pans, utensils, knife, cutting board, cooking supplies, soft drinks, water bottle, rice, cooking oil, spices and etc.
There are kettle, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience.
-Dinning table with seating for 8 people,
a dinette with two chairs and also a breakfast nuke with 4 chairs.
You’ll also find the laundry and dryer in the basement.

For your little one, we have baby high chair, bassinet, and a crib available on demand at no cost.

The sunrise is 100% clean and follows cleaning guidelines.
Exterior Cameras
For your security and ours, there are two ring bell cameras at the front door which is your official entry door and side door. They will be on during your stay. Please note that we do not monitor them during your stay. We only check them if there’s a safety concern for the guests and host.
