I booked 2 rooms to accommodate my family, as we were gone on a little getaway. I specifically planned to go this property (Victoria Inn) for the pool, for my family to swim. I usually find it very safe for my kids to swim. When I checked in they told me the pool wasn’t opened as it was down for maintenance and would reopen the next day at 12pm, which at that time I would be checking out. When I asked for a discount and explained why I had booked there and the plans we had to visit their pool, they said they only honoured a $50 discount to the ones who booked directly with them and not a third party like Expedia. Would Expedia honour the same discount the hotel did?

Awesome for a family getaway
We booked for a family NYE celebration to enjoy the pool and time together and we picked the perfect location. The pool area is perfect for families, but don’t expect to really « swim » as an adult as the deepest part is 1 meter. Tons of fun to be had, excellent water slide for all ages and 3 for the little ones. Would definitely book here again!

We arrived at a later check-in for an early morning flight. No wait to check in. Friendly staff. Secure elevator. Large clean rooms. Long term parking for a reasonable free was also excellent. Free shuttle on demand to the airport was very much appreciated too. Thanks !

It would have been nice to be informed the pool was out of order for the days we spent as we travel and with kids who clearly enjoy to swim. Would of been nice to know at check in so we could of accommodated our kids for a swim And stay like we anticipated
