Hotel is pet friendly, consequently there is a constant smell of deodorizer in rooms and hallway. There were three ā€˜knownā€™ pet units on my floor. There should be an effort to separate those guests with pets and those without.

Love the stay and was just the Hilton Im used to however the controlled tv monitoring was abut much. Each time I wanted to watch the tv I had to call the front desk to get help with powering it on, changing the channel and co trolling the volume. I was told the rva are monitored

unfortunately our room was near the elevator & ice machine, making it noisy at times. also, I could hear every word the man next door spoke. Otherwise clean & comfortable accommodations.
