This hotel is in desperate need of renovation and the room I stayed in needs a deep cleaning. I’m generally not picky about cleanliness but this place was really bad. The hallway carpet smelled like it’s been water damaged and not well cleaned.

Watch Out!
Bad experience. Initial room door wouldn’t open. Went to front desk. Maintenance man said just kick the door and it’ll open. He said the building is old, so that’s normal. Asked for another room. Door for new room didn’t stick. Shower was disgusting. Shower head looked like it was never cleaned. Painting was done in bathroom and it was just a thick coat of paint over everything, including the vent. Would definitely recommend to avoid this hotel. The only good thing was the distance to LegoLand. Next time I’ll go somewhere else, even if it’s farther away.

Worst hotel ever
Do not stay here under any circumstance. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures are old and do not reflect the current state of the property. The building had a moldy smell. My husband's feet were black from walking on the floor. I would rather sleep in car and would not stay here again under any circumstances. I booked it because it was close to Legoland. That was the only positive thing about the building. I think it should be condemned and torn down.

My word for this hotel is shabby. The elevator never seemed to be swept. Our room was barely clean. I walked around in my socks and the bottoms were filthy. Obviously the floors are not regularly mopped. If these are the things I can see I wonder about the things that I cant.

The pictures on line are not even close to what the property is. It is out dated and we had to unplug lights to plug our phone chargers in. I had a 4 night stay and left after 2 nights I am waiting on a refund for the 2 nights I was not there

Asked for a full refund. Manager agreed to let us cancel and haven’t seen refund yet. Dirty stained curtains. No security. Bathroom the size of a closet. Door didn’t feel secure. Bed hard and sheets stained.

Do NOT stay here. Unsafe, unclean, disgusting rooms. Everything. I mean everything is in disrepair. Smells and black mold everywhere. Water was off some of the time. Save yourself and your lungs and book elsewhere. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been.

Don’t stay here! Staff was rude at check in and the check in process was very very slow. Our room (and the rest of the hotel) was VERY dated and run down and our room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect in a hotel. When walking barefoot in the room, our feel would turn black from the floors. The bathroom was especially dated- there was no feeling of luxury or pampering that one would like when walking into a hotel bathroom. Our room door didn’t fit properly in the door jam and always looked like the door was accidentally left open when we approached it. The lights on the balcony cannot be turned off and are as bright as the sun shining through all night long. The room never got dark enough for me to sleep well. AC unit was very old and very noisy. Breakfast was mediocre and the hotel is very stingy about it requiring tickets which are very conspicuously checked, requiring guests to demonstrate to staff that they have used a giant bottle of hand sanitizer upon entering, not allowing guests to take even an apple or yogurt cup out of the room with them, etc. When you come up the stairs to the dining room you are greeted by doors that are locked with a chain and padlock in front of you. The floor of the dining room was not clean and was pretty slippery and the bathroom next to the dining area was not clean or well stocked. The pool is not heated and no towels are provided out there. The only plus was the extreme proximity to Legoland and many restaurant and shopping options.

Do not stay here. Especially with kids. It is dirty and falling apart. It’s loud and let’s say a hub for activities that aren’t family friendly. The front desk staff was impossible. Check in took over 45 minutes with only us there. We had two five year olds eager to beat Legoland who lost an hour of their time there due to complete insanity.

Terrible condition dirty and smelly... even the water to shower smell bad... super close to Legoland but NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL (the worst in my last 10 years using hotels) sadly to say it... elevator broke twice, mold in a bagel, dirty shower, smelly water, smelly and dirty carpets, sofa, room etc...

Worst hotel ever. Horrible smell in the room. I cannot breathe or sleep. Air conditioning sounds like a plane engine. Bed uncomfortable. Room smells like it's 100 years old. Insisting on a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

The place is filthy old and smells like it! Outlets didn’t work, heat didn’t work, poor water pressure, staff was fine but limited ability to help. Owners obviously do not care anymore which is sad because they are right outside LEGOLAND resort. -9
