It is a located close by downtown. The hotel offered three pools. Hotel staff friendly. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the free passes to Noah’s ark.

We rented three rooms for our stay. After we saw the conditions of the bathrooms and sinks I bought a scrubber and spray at CVS and took care of the black mold growth under the sinks and handles and corners of the tub. Your cleaning staff really needs to invest in scrub BRUSHES to take care of soap build up and mold growth as rags will not do the job. We thought about reporting these conditions to the front desk, but since it was in all three rooms it was obvious that it was just the way the rooms are taken care of and not simply an oversight.

We had a 2 queen bed and 1 king bed room. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. The staff was so friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but we were only there to sleep.

We arrived earlier then check in time. They allowed us to check in and our room was ready foe us before 4. Loved that in your 2 night stay you get free Noah's Ark passes to the water park. What a great deal. The indoor and out door pool are wonderful. Plenty of room to swim, specially since the hotel seemed like it was completely booked. Breakfast ia including in your stay. Highly recommend going early because very busy during this time. We stayed here in the winter when we were there for softball tournaments, and stayed there now for Volleyball tournament. Will definitely go back if we aree in the Dells again.

The cleanliness was horrible. Something smeared all over the headboard. Pee dried at bottom of toilet base that had been there ALONG TIME. It was orange in color.

The room of this hotel is comparable to all other hotels in Wisconsin Dells, in general you shouldn’t have high expectations by choosing this hotel but the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the indoor swimming pool, very outdated, needs improvement and feels dirty however the outdoor swimming pool was pleasant and well maintained. If you are looking to stay at this hotel longer than a night I would recommend taking the room with a balcony.
