The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located between the Dells and Devils Lake State Park. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. We will definitely be back.

Location was convenient for highway access, parking adequate (not a busy weekend though). even though there was an event with music on the ground floor, our room on second floor was not noisy and event concluded at midnight. The pool hot tub sauna area could use some maintenance updating.

This hotel is going to be re- branded next month. Lot of construction. Rooms outdated and badly worn. Poor choice since there are so many options in the area.

Main lobby is being remodeled at the moment so that was a turn off. Small details such as the gym being closed and looking neglected. Had trouble navigating TV channels as they were all labeled incorrectly.

Was not aware that the property was under total reconstruction. The whole front of the facility, lounging area and breakfast area were all unusable. Had we known ahead of time we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. When construction is done I am sure it will be a nice place to stay, but not now.

Busy with wedding and musician convention, no big deal. Front desk nice. Path to front desk somewhat circuitous and confusing. I know that a new owner is taking over and there are ongoing repairs. Whole facility looked somewhat dated. Would prefer to see smokers on their break not in the entrance, but in the rear of building

Wouldn't recommend at all
The hotel has a musty odor and our room was dirty. Crumbs in drawers and in other areas of the room. Questionable smear on outside of toilet bowl. Hot tub closed due to "painting" without warning and when the front desk staff was asked when it would be open again, they had no idea it was even closed in the first place. The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs and sausage were cold.
