This brand-new two-story chalet, featuring an open floor plan and a great selection of family friendly games, is sure to be your new favorite “great escape” destination! Just a seven-minute walk to Spring Brook's clubhouse, this six-bedroom home is the perfect family and friends gathering headquarters. Enjoy three levels of comfort as well as the great outdoors in the backyard, which has a Weber gas grill, a large gas griddle grill, charcoal BBQ grill, a large spacious covered patio, and a campfire ring located just off the deck. Perfect for all events from family vacations to team building corporate retreats, it sleeps a maximum of 23 people.

Enjoy cozy nights in the main floor living room which features knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a stone wall fireplace, a sofa sectional and a large smart TV. The living room opens into the dining room and kitchen, where oversized tables and breakfast bar seating will ensure a memorable dining experience. The main floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a futon; the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.

This home is able to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Venture upstairs to find two additional bedrooms, both featuring 2 queen beds in each room, and a full bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Both rooms have smart TVs. Additionally, the loft area has two twin beds for added sleeping accommodations. The home also has 2 additional folding beds that can be used.

Finally, relax the evening away in the finished lower level which boasts an amazing recreation room with games such as a pool table and a shuffleboard table, along with a wet bar. Watch your favorite movie or the big game in the elevated viewing theater room area which has a 75" TV, 3 rows of theater seating and comfortable bean bag chairs. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are located in the lower level and feature two queen beds in the first bedroom and one king bed in the second, along with smart TVs in each room. There is one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

The Great Escape Chalet is a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course, and pro shop. Home sleeps a maximum of 23; rates are based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. A security deposit of $500 is required.
