The Yvonne villa was originally two fishermen's houses and was merged into a single 150m2 villa. It consists of two staircases and two separate spaces, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom, allowing two families with children to have their privacy.

300 m from the beach and close to shops, mini-market, pharmacy, post office. (No need to use your car)
Wednesday morning and Friday evening market.

Stunning Holiday Home
Fantastic property, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and large enough for 8 adults to comfortable stay, the location is excellent, 5 minutes to the sea and 2 minutes to town, ample parking and beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a self catering stay, plenty of utensils, cutlery, plates etc. We want to return next year too

Jolie maison décorée avec gout! Très bonne localisation proche de la plage et des commerces. Seul bémol: pas d’isolation sonore entre les étages, donc avec un petit enfant qui va dormir tot, ce c’est pas idéal

Nettes Häuschen
Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und und fanden das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und die zwei Bäder sind hygienisch und neu. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und andere Notwenigen Elektrogeräten. Eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt es auch. Es gibt zwei Wohnstuben, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen konnte. Der Fernseher ist etwas klein aber dafür gibt es auch deutsche Sender. Es gibt zwar keinen Garten aber dafür zwei kleine Terrassen. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das gesamte Haus hat Holzboden und das knarzt dann schon mal und ist vielleicht auch etwas hellhörig. Uns hat die Atmosphäre im Haus gut gefallen und können dieses Ferienhaus daher nur weiter empfehlen. Einen Fön gab es leider nicht und im Ort ist nur ein kleiner Laden. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, daher am besten einige Lebensmittel lieber selbst mitbringen. Da wir der französischen Sprache nicht mächtig sind, war die Verständigung schwierig weil die meisten auch kein englisch sprechen. Hund ist nach Absprache erlaubt aber leider dürfen diese nicht an die Promenade und erst ab 19 Uhr an den Strand. Das war für uns etwas schade.

Deux maisons de pêcheur assemblées: ce qui donne deux grands espaces dont un avec cuisine. Deux espaces chambres sous toiture très agréables. Super chouette atmosphère avec un poêle et un feu ouvert. Maison un peu fraîche en hiver, grands espaces à chauffer mais cela ne gâche rien. Suggestion: carnet de consignes sur place pour les infos nécessaires: poubelles, tri,... . Fijn knus vissershuis met ruime woonkamer, keuken.
Goede, vriendelijke vlotte communicatie met verhuurder. We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. Gescheiden bovenverdieping en twee badkamers was heel prettig. Jammer dat er geen WiFi is. Slecht bereik. Houtkachel verhoogde de sfeer. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Magnifique séjour !
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille dans cette belle maison ! Idéalement située dans le village de Wissant, nous avons pu nous déplacer à pied jusqu'à la plage ou faire nos courses dans le centre du village. C'est une maison idéale pour deux familles avec deux enfants !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison aménagée avec goût et simplicité.La proximité de la mer et du bourg permet de se déplacer facilement à pied. Seul bémol, un des escalier est très raide et pourrait être équipé d'une rampe et le cas échéant d'une barrière de sécurité pour les jeunes enfants.

Superbe séjour à Wissant
Malgré quelques petits soucis techniques (heureusement vite résolus), nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Wissant. La propriétaire n'habite pas sur place mais a toujours été très réactive et a fait son maximum pour que notre séjour se passe bien. La maison est très agréable, le village et les alentours magnifiques et la plage sublime !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette jolie maison idéalement située. La maison est confortable, bien équipée et décorée avec goût, on s'y sent tout de suite très bien ! Située en plein centre de Wissant, tout est accessible à pied (mer et commerces). La propriétaire est très agréable et réactive. Nous reviendrons !

Une maison chaleureuse et confortable
Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour dans cette magnifique maison, à 6 minutes à pied de la plage. La propriétaire est très arrangeante (nous avons pu arriver plus tôt et partir plus tard). La literie est très confortable, les espaces grands. L'ambiance de la maison est très chaleureuse (beaucoup de belles lampes pour une belle lumière indirecte), on s'y sent très bien. Les 2 espaces 'dodo' séparés pour chaque famille (1 chambre adulte, 1 chambre enfant et 1 salle de bain) rendent le séjour entre amis très fluide. On espère pouvoir revenir.

Schönes Haus, leider sehr vernachlässigt!
Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön, riesig für 2 Familien und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert (eine Hälfte davon) und eingerichtet. Leider kommt jetzt ein großes ABER: es waren einige Dinge nicht funktionsfähig. Mehrere Steckdosen und Lampen haben nicht funktioniert, einige Glühbirnen haben gefehlt (wodurch es z.B. in der Küche etwas dunkel war), einer der Duschköpfe kann nicht mehr in der Halterung befestigt werden und eine von 3 Toilettenspülungen hat nicht funktioniert. Leider hat die Vermieterin sich nicht wirklich bemüht, das Problem mit der Spülung in den Griff zu bekommen, der angekündigte Installateur kam nicht und sie hat sich dazu nicht mehr gemeldet. Im Kühlschrank war ein Ablagefach kaputt, mit Tesafilm schlecht geklebt, und darunter hatte sich der Schimmel gesammelt. Sehr schade! In diesem Zustand können wir das Haus nicht empfehlen!
