You’ll be an easy 10-minute drive to the bustling centre of Wollongong and across the road from a children’s playground. Back home, this apartment has a relaxed seaside vibe with a light-filled open flow and free parking, making it a perfect base for families or small groups.
Capturing cool ocean breezes, this apartment has lapping waves at your doorstep and a laid back seaside atmosphere. Stroll straight off the beach back home with a level entry and a grassy front yard. Sliding doors from the living room create an instant connection with the coast.

Inside, the living and dining space is open plan. Relax on the sofa enjoying the fresh air and a good book. Share a meal around the dining table or head to one of the local restaurants to tuck into the region’s fresh produce. This kitchen comes with an oven, stove and microwave if you want to prepare meals at home. In the evening, enjoy a spot of TV or use the dining table to set up a laptop and work remotely.

The primary bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, set with side tables and reading lights, and mirrored wardrobes for storing your belongings. You’ll also have access to shared laundry facilities within the building. Parking is provided for two cars next to the driveway (behind the mailboxes).
