Fantastic location! Hampton style modern one bedroom apartment. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located 3 min walk from Austinmer Beach and directly across the road from Glastonbury Gardens. 8 min walk to Headlands Hotel. Close coffee shops, restaurants, bars and public transport.

The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape. The apartment offers a Queen size bed with walk in robe. The lounge has a 65” Smart TV with free WiFi. There is a queen size pull out sofa in the main living. Study nook located in the hall way and a Hampton styled bathroom with heated floors. A fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you require.

Lock box located at the front entry doors.

The hosts to this property Kim and Trent live upstairs above the apartment. We are available to assist you at any time but also respect your privacy for beach escape. You may occasionally hear noise from upstairs but it is very muffled and is very minimal. We offer a contactless checkin with a lock box located at the front door.
NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm.
