The room initially assigned had a terrible odor that management knew about but was remediated with the assignment of a different room. No WiFi was available during stay, inconvenient and in this day, is expected to be available, especially if advertised as having it. Would not recommend a stay at the facility.

Staff awesome. Bed comfortable. Clean. Breakfast good, albeit could have more healthier choices. Wi-fi down our entire stay. Electric outlet in Bathroom non-functional. Recumbent bike in gym and jacuzzi jets broken. Motion detector lights in exercise room and public bathroom turn off in about 10 seconds. Very inconvenient and unsafe.

Staff was incredibly nice and room was good. We had to use the pull out couch and it was so uncomfortable we put the sofa mattress on the floor, but otherwise it was excellent. Roomy, clean, great staff, super convenient location to shopping and highway. Price was also very good for a room that slept 5.

To get to the location is off the 5 but very confusing in getting to the location....which is hidden behind a business after you've done a turnabout twice and driven thru country road....the breakfast is okay ...other Best Westerns have been better, 50 percent of breakfast is Walmart brand....really.....the beds are hard ...pillows really firm....room large enough and comfortable....lobby great to relax...traffic off the 5 all night....the associates are all friendly and welcoming .....stay again probably not as I'm just traveling north....

The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel was run down, stains on floors, broken fixtures. The pillows were horrible. Practically no blankets. The view was of the freeway. Will not stay at this location again.

No light in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t work, the room wasn’t finished and had questionable substances on the wall. It smelled like dirty wet dog. It took over 24 hours to get a response and the manager was so rude and condescending that we left after the first night. They didn’t come to look at the light or toilet until we told them we wanted a refund and were leaving. When we called corporate the customer service rep said she would be asking for one too. Hoping Expedia can get us our money back because over $400 to shower by cell phone flashlight and pee in the lobby bathroom is unacceptable!!

We had a warm greeting from Sabrina and the fresh cookies. The room was very clean. There was a decent variety for breakfast and the area was clean as well.

In addition to answers above, the breakfast was excellent, and the cookies and coffee bar were a very nice touch. I have stayed before and returned because of all the answers I have provided. The lobby, the decor in the hallways and rooms is just very welcoming and pretty, and the entire building is in excellent condition, no damage or visible repairs. Still looks like new.
