You’ll have a straightforward self-check-in to make your stay easy from day day. You'll be staying in a shared residential apartment building, with your apartment accessible on the second floor.

Fully equipped, light and very spacious combined kitchen and dining room with comfy leather sofa and views overlooking prestigious Georgian gardens of sought after Britannia Square.


Living Area

Head over to the main living room and lounge out in front of the tv, equipped with Freesat channels and Netflix so you can enjoy your favourite shows and movies on a choice of 2 comfy sofa’s, one is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people with a scenic outlook.

Bedrooms

One large bedroom with king size bed, can easily be separated into two single beds, has a dressing table, feature fireplace and large wall to ceiling mirror fronted double sliding wardrobe. Two large original sash windows with a lovely outlook to Victorian built building, a local Royal Grammar School, across the road.

Perfect for that quick freshen-up, you’ll have a fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower ready for you.

- Please note that during the weekends there could be higher levels of noise due to a pub next door to the apartment.

We are available between 9am-10pm for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £250 refundable deposit or buying a £25 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
