The people at the desk were very helpful when the heat didn't work in our room, we were given a new room very quickly. They remained helpful and good natured throughout the extremely busy weekend. The condition of the room - it could be updated but all hotels seem to all have been built at the same time - 30 years ago! Restaurant service was great too.

Property is nice, the breakfast included is great, employees all very nice. Only minor complaint is that our bathroom needed more cleaning. The mirror had child fingerprints all over it and the floor needed a better job at vacuuming it.

The hotel was nice and clean . Earl the the buffet were so helpful and friendly My room was very nice except - the walls are very thin . I could hear the TV from the room next to me / above me it was so loud . I could hear every word of their conversations and the worse part was they were having sec and I could hear the lady moaning and screaming . I was unable to sleep and called down to fro to desk a few times with no answer . finally someone answered and I told him about the loud noises and he said he would sent security to have a look . It was quiet for awhile but then a few hours later they bean talking so loud .Obviously the rooms are not sound proof . I was at the end of hall so ppl would come and talk on their phones outside my door and I could hear the conversations . If I hadn’t had those experiences o would have rated this hotel experience better .

This appeared to be fairly new facility. It had a large parking lot, lobby area. It had a large restaurant which served a great breakfast. It was close to stores and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and polite.
