The beds were amazing, which I feel is one of the keys to an amazing experience. My husband likes a softer bed and I like a firmer bed. At home we use a sleep number bed. However, our king size bed at the motel pleased both of us. The staff was very friendly. We were there for a wedding. And, others that stayed at the motel said the same thing. We would stay there again.

Room was a bit small. Coffee maker had leftover cold coffee in it. Shower only came out in a trickle, so was hardly usable. Bed frame was assembled incorrectly, so brackets which were supposed to be attached to the headboard were protruding out from the foot of the bed, resulting in lots of scraped shins! No real breakfast. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Everything was confused from the beginning. I made the reservations but each room wanted to pay for their own. I was assured it was an easy fix and all the rooms would come off my card. The manager gave me a discount for the inconvenience but in the end I still had 4 rooms charged to me that had been paid for. When I called she removed 2 of the rooms but not the third one. She wouldn’t take the third one off and even though I tried to remind her of everything that went on and how I stayed at the desk until everyone had paid, she got mad and hung up on me. The charge has not been removed so I will call Wyndham and explain what happened so they can get my money back to me. It was a nice place to stay but none of us will be returning there if that’s how this manager treats her guests. I hope we can get this resolved without further problems.

Attacked over a milk by the office staff
The bed was really soft ! We asked for a room away from the highway , we got one on the highway side. The breakfast is really bad ! The office lady attacked me for taking a milk and cereal stating it was for kids only . There literally wasn’t anything else to eat ! I still can’t believe how rude she was over milk . Such a negative experience

I believe the woman’s name at the front desk was Britney. She was such a delight and went above and beyond for our stay. We had a large number of families staying there for our softball tournament. Thank you!
