Situated on a three acre lot, Grendel Grove Chalet offers endless opportunities for relaxation, surrounded by expansive views of eight-acre Grendel Lake. In addition to a private dock, beach, firepit, a large screened-in porch and glorious deck, this chalet offers an expansive level lot, perfect for yard games. Inside the three bedroom, two bath chalet, you'll find a comfortable living area with exquisite views. In the colder months, a fireplace makes this the perfect, cozy spot for a getaway. A kitchen stocked for cooking and a large dining table complete this family-friendly accommodation.

The first level includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. An additional living area can be closed off for privacy, and has a sleeper sofa for larger groups. Upstairs, you'll find a loft sitting area and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and single. A desk in one of the bedrooms makes this chalet a strong contender for a remote-work getaway! This chalet is equipped with wifi. This chalet is pet-friendly, two dog maximum, no cats. There is a $55 per night pet fee.

Chalet was dirty - needs a good deep clean - very buggy inside (roaches) & the yard is infested with ticks - everyone who tried to walk to the water & back came in with ticks on them - yard needs sprayed/treated in the worst way.- the screened in porch was filthy - all outside decks need powerwashed & stained they are VERY slick when wet because of the mildew/algie - this looks to me like a full time rental chalet thats badly needing a lot of TLC but could be very nice

Good but not great
The biggest plus about this property is the beautiful lake in its back yard, and the views of the lake. Being at Innsbrook is very peaceful and very safe and secure. The rooms are spacious and there are trails to hike just steps away. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and we loved the ceiling fans and large screen TV. Be sure and carefully read the email with directions that tell you to go to the main gate, not the VRBO address. Also be mindful that 2620 and 2621 share a driveway which can be confusing.

Really enjoyed this Chalet. More than enough room for the 6 of us. Relaxed on the private beach and dock. Paddles in the kayaks and the fishing was outstanding. We will rent this Chalet again...

We can’t wait to come back!
We were absolutely amazed at how beautiful this property was, and how lovely and large the cabin! Everything we needed, and so much more! It was cold outside, so the fireplace came in really handy, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Perfect place for our family get together!

Relaxing weekend
The house worked perfectly for our group. We had a blast all weekend. The waterfront location was beautiful and being so close to Cedar Lake Cellars allowed us to have a convenient winery trip on Saturday followed by an awesome dinner at Casa Tequila in Warrenton. Having to always use the main gate for re-entry definitely adds a significant amount of drive time that seems unnecessary with so many other gates near the property but I understand that is a security issue. Also having to pay for early check in was a surprise mainly because I’ve never had to do that before and check in already seemed later than I’m used to. Ultimately none of that had a negative impact on the weekend and the group agreed we would definitely go back.

A little slice of heaven!
Beautiful chalet and location! The fall colors were amazing in October and we enjoyed kayaking, fishing and quality family time around the fire. The screened in porch is a added bonus space we really enjoyed. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in Innsbrook namely because it is very close to Cedar Lake Cellars, where they host Pyromania, a fireworks show unlike any other. The property was well kept, quiet, and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and communication with the manager was not needed, although she made us feel like if we did need to contact her, she would be ready and attentive. Our group consisted of 10 adults and 1 infant and everyone was comfortable, although we did bring an air mattress and a few adults had to pick from a few couches, as the pullout bed wasn’t very comfortable, but would likely suit small children fine. Our only complaint regarding our stay was navigating Innsbrook. The community itself is a maze and some roads are arduous and definitely off the beaten path. Do not rely on GPS anywhere within Innsbrook. Ask for a map when you come through the main gate, and keep in mind that while you may exit through other auxiliary gates closer to the property you’re staying in, you cannot enter again through those gates and instead will have to return to the main gate. Also, be prepared to take your trash with you. There are big trash areas near most exits. No matter what, this place is great and well worth every penny.

Beautiful Location, Comfortable Property
Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. Fireplace was lovely and we really enjoyed it. Only issue we had was that all the burners on the grill were not working properly, but well enough for us to use it. Did not notify the owners as we were only there a few nights, but wanted to mention it as I am certain they will repair it, given the overall great condition of the home. Would stay here again!

Beautiful location
The property location was great. Gorgeous lake view from every window. Our mini Aussie could not get enough frisbee time :) The weather wasn’t super warm so we didn’t utilize the water but it was beautiful this time of year. Inside was very clean and comfortable!! Would love to come back in the summer.
