Treetop Getaway by Sarah Bernard Chalets, a Modern, Romantic Retreat for Special Occasions

Treetop Getaway was designed as a romantic getaway for very special occasions! The chalet includes a master bedroom suite with oversized bath including jetted tub, his and her sinks and separate shower; a full kitchen; living room with a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace and home theatre system, and an upstairs loft with a queen bed or additional sleeping space if needed. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and two kayaks (available seasonally on nearby 150 acre Lake Wunderblick) are additional amenities.
Just a 5 minute drive from Innsbrook's 18 hole golf course, 1716 Sonnenblick is on a private 1.5 acre wooded lot that features the beautiful trees & native flora of the Ozark highlands. Observe wildlife from the large deck and screened-in porch while relaxing with a book or glass of wine.

This chalet is contemporary and unlike any other at Innsbrook! Showcased in October 2010 for Innsbrook property owners and guests as “what's new” among Innsbrook chalet designs, the architecture and interior was designed by the award-winning team of The Design Source Ltd. of St. Louis, Missouri.
It's truly the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or simply spending time with someone special - or escape by yourself for some R&R or to catch up on reading or work. This is a chalet to which you'll want to return often!

Glamping in a Cabin
Went to visit my son and daughter in law in Missouri last week and had the best time staying at this chalet cabin in Innsbrook Resort. I have never been to MO before and was impressed by her beauty. This adorable place felt like being in a glamorous tree house in the woods. We arrived to a nicely cooled, beautifully staged and clean cabin. Everything was in working order other than a bathroom pocket door that didn't lock so we always had to alert each other when someone was in the bathroom :) The bathroom is a unique set up somewhat like a jack-n-jill, but with a gloriously large bathtub and double vanity on one side and the toilet, shower and another double vanity on the other side. There were nice dishes, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc to use during our stay. Would have been nice to have at least two dish towels though. There was only one which got wet and soiled quickly. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Internet service was good. The location is not waterfront and about a 10 min drive to the main gate, but maybe that's why it was so quiet. It was such a nice getaway! I would definitely stay in another Sarah Bernard Innsbrook property - maybe on the water next time. Thank you for providing us with a great experience!

Saw deer every day, nice kitchen well stocked. King size comfortable bed. Tub and shower. Tub could use safety bars. 4 sinks. Books, large TV. Enjoyed cooking good meals. Nice deck and going for a walk. Nicely decorated. Plenty of towels. We got there mostly before dark . I would recommend that to make it easier to follow roads. Also appreciated speed bumps although tell people to drive slow and that the speed bumps will be there. Had a bit of trouble knowing which was the main gate. Our first visit to Innsbrook. Would love to return.

Stayed at this location prior to and after our wedding at the Aspen Center. Great clean space to get ready with ample bathroom space. Two bathroom counters with double vanities gave myself and friends space to get ready. Would definitely stay again perhaps for a future anniversary!

We loved this rental! The instructions to find the property were very accurate, and cabin was clean, and the amenities were great. The only thing missing was a fire pit outside for roasting marshmallows, and we wished it was on the water. But water is a short driving distance so not a deal breaker. It was a great rental for our first time at Innsbrook!

Windows and wildlife!
We got super lucky with amazing weather. The view and privacy was perfect. Nice deck and screened in porch. We took 2 dogs, and no problems with that at all. Only negative we had was the house next door was under construction but out of our control. Otherwise, peaceful and beautiful - furniture was well thought out for the views. Super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Hope to go back soon!
