Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle in the driveway directly in front of the garage. There is one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On-street parking is first come first serve. Garage is not included with rental.
Pet Policy: Pets Considered. Pets are negotiable with non-refundable fee and refundable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
