This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
