The condo is all on one level which features a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room combination along with 2 sound side guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a pyramid bunk (The top twin bed that is over the full is not available for use) twin over a full bed). The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each guest bedroom has water views of the tidal marsh which offers seasonally changing colors.
Amenities include a building elevator with service to all floors, tennis court, private beach access and 2 swimming pools. A great place for vacation memories!
The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
