Warning, please be very careful if booking this Hotel. After checking out and leaving the Hotel they charged me without my authorization or knowledge a large cleaning fee for allegedly smoking in my room. This is completely false as I have never smoked in my life. The room had a very slight smell of smoke when I checked in and only got worse during my stay but nothing to do with me. I am still in dispute with the Hotel over this false claim and it feels like fraud by the Hotel and it's turned into a very bad experience. Book at your own risk....

Our room was ok, It was large and clean. The location is fantastic. But other than that it did not leave a lasting impression. Our window faced the back of the hotel so it was loud in the morning with garbage truck and not a pleasant view. Hotel bar was not well stocked. The area was great though.

Very modern and clean hotel. Room is very clean and modern. Location is brilliant as a 2 mins walk to the old market place. Staff polite and friendly. Fridge in room didn’t work and needed food stored the man on reception was very helpful and told me to bring the food down. Would stay again.

It was quite a warm stay and the majority of the rooms look out into the main foyer. Quite a look of building work going on. Just didn’t find it comfortable for some reason and not a lot of natural light.

Great location! Just steps from Rynek. Very clean place. We had a Junior suite for 4 travelers. It was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need for a family travel. Breakfast buffet was a big hit with a tremendous selection of hot and cold items. Something for everyone. My kids loved it!

The hotel was excellent, with a few quibbles. The location was excellent, just off the market square, one block to the trolley. The breakfast buffet was to die for, with every food you can imagine. The staff helped us with our tours and travel plans.The quibbles: the housekeeping procedure was awkward, had to call for towels, the towels were hard and thin. The shower tub was hard to enter and exit, a runner bath mat is needed, slipped a couple times upon exiting, very dangerous, especially for mature adults, then again my young grandson also slipped. The hotel is an excellent value, go for the executive suite, standard King was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel.
