Very strange place
this place was decent, but it was very strange. no one else was staying there, and there was no manager on premises except for at our arrival. it's like an apartment with three rooms available and you rent out a room. it's in the middle of nowhere with nothing else going on nearby, basically just rice paddies and residential areas. the free breakfast was dropped off and waiting on the table when we came downstairs in the morning. manager didn't speak English, so it made it challenging, but he was friendly and nice.

房間裝潢很有質感，可是早餐提供摩。漢堡兌換券，要特地開12分鐘的車去拿，很不方便，入住兩晚，不見民宿老闆，只有在入住前接到他的電話，很沒有服務精神，是我第一次遇到很混的民宿老闆

因為整理熱水爐而換了房間，不過老闆娘的熱心還是讓這趟旅程更添回憶。

老闆太忙沒注意到Hotels.com 所傳送的訂房導致無房間，不過立刻安排並升級更棒的另外一間蘭陽101，剛成為第一個新蓋好的民宿大樓，整體而言是好的，可帶寵物，由於全新，需要改善的項目有不少，如浴室泡澡的塞子無法賽緊，洗澡水冷熱無法均恆，洗手檯輕微漏水導致浴室永遠都在潮濕的狀況，早餐為簡單的自助中式，有寵物住宿的需求，此間是值的推薦的。

老闆很有心的佈置了一個舒適又乾淨的家，很讚也很安全;房間很大，床很好睡，房間佈置的好南洋風，感覺在國外住了一晚

安靜的田中民宿
民宿位置雖然看起來有點偏僻，但其實騎車五分鐘就能到冬山河公園，騎車15分鐘可以到羅東市區，十分不錯，而且十分安靜！ 民宿老闆也十分熱情親切，重點是還有早餐真的超棒的 小缺點有幾點，沒有浴巾只有毛巾，因為在田中所以民宿附近蚊蟲多了一些，洗澡熱水的加熱速度不快，但其他部分都十分滿意！

北歐風的房間還算乾淨,但是浴室不附浴巾很麻煩.
就是一般的住宅區透天厝改裝的民宿,房間內部裝潢還不錯,很有北歐風,可惜衛浴是20年前的老浴室,但是還算乾淨整潔,設備也正常,不過若從北歐風的房間走到"台灣風"的舊浴室,心情落差很大,要有心理準備喔. 不過入住時最不可思議的是浴室居然沒有浴巾,老闆說他們是"環保民宿",害得我還得另外開車跑去全聯買浴巾,老闆說網站上有寫"不附浴巾",可是我事後查 Hotels.com 的訂購網頁上就是看不到有寫"不附浴巾"這個字眼,所以出門如果習慣"不帶浴巾"的話,可要特別注意喔. 房間雖然看起來乾淨,但是第一天入住,小朋友就在浴室看到一隻小蟑螂,第二天早上又發現房間地板上出現一隻大大的蟑螂,幸好我在,兩隻蟑螂迅速被我處死. 旅館訂購網頁上雖然註明有附"瓶裝水",可是入住時發現並沒有,取而代之的是放在一樓廚房的"桶裝水的飲水機",而且也不是有全國知名度的桶裝水,所以當然我們只好自掏腰包去外面買"瓶裝水"回來喝. 另外因為是一般的住宅區透天厝改裝的民宿,所以房客停車要自行找附近的田邊來停車,不像宜蘭大部分的民宿都有自己的停車空間.

電子鎖很安全 房間也很大 不過去的時候好像有人誤觸什麼開關 導致沒熱水 雖然時間很晚 不過老闆也很熱心來看 也覺得不好意思 但在住宅區裡面 相對來說很安靜 不過晚上附近沒什麼吃的 其他都很不錯

民宿霉味很重，一整晚噴嚏咳嗽不斷
一進去屋子霉味很重，業者用芳香劑想掩蓋霉味，但兩者混合的味道又更怪了！一進去就一直打噴嚏咳嗽....還有蟑螂跟許多螞蟻
