Mangelnde Sauberkeit kann auch durch zentrale Lage nicht ausgeglichen werden
Trotz weniger Alternativen für größere Gruppen in Würzburg können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben wirkt es so, als wäre die Wohnung nicht geputzt worden: vom klebrigen und mit Essensresten befleckten Boden über klebrige Oberflächen, kaputtes Mobiliar, durchgelegenen Matratzen, einem bereits benutzt wirkenden Bettlaken für eines der Schlafsofas bis hin zu benutzt wirkende Spüllappen mit Haaren. Zudem kommt ein muffiger Geruch in der insgesamt sehr feuchten Wohnung. Die Küche war in einem Sauberkeitszustand, bei dem wir uns dagegen entschieden sie zu benutzen. Lediglich die zentrale Lage und der Blick auf die Festung sind positiv hervorzuheben.

Wohnung in guter Lage, aber schlechte Reinigung. Schlechte Preis-Leistung
Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und unkompliziert. Leider war die Wohnung bei Ankunft besonders in der Küche sehr dreckig. Es wirkte als wären nur die Bettlaken gewechselt & der Müll geleert worden. Waschmaschine war auch defekt. In Summe eine schlechte Preis-Leistung.

Tolle Lage
Die Wohnung ist eine gute Wahl für Gruppen, die eine zentrale Lage und eine Partyatmosphäre suchen. Die Oberflächen sind ordentlich, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere wenn man genauer hinsieht oder die Schränke öffnet. Für eine Nacht oder kurze Aufenthalte ist die Wohnung jedoch perfekt geeignet. Wer über ein gewisses Maß an Toleranz für Unordnung und Sauberkeitsstandards verfügt und sich hauptsächlich auf die Lage und die Atmosphäre konzentriert, wird hier eine angenehme Zeit verbringen.

Super Adresse für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter! Auch konnten wir schon früher in die Wohnung! Alles sauber, Betten frisch bezogen. Und der Blick vom oberen Zimmer auf Festung und Käppele ist ein Traum! Lage ist sowieso perfekt! Kann es nur empfehlen.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr
Die Unterkunft hat leider einige kleinere Mängel: - Hängender Toilettenpapierhalter - Abhängenede Vorhangstange - Defektes Bett - Wichtige Küchenutensilien fehlen Pfannwender, Schöpflöffel - Heizung wurde nur mittelmäßig warm - Ein Stuhl war kaputt. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung etwas lieblos eingerichtet und für 7 Gäste doch etwas eng. Der Preis ist daher aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen. Die Lage, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Checkin waren dagegen ausgezeichnet.
