100% recommend for group and family-friendly
We went to Wuxi for travel on holiday and we booked 3 rooms for 9 person. Chek-in process was great and fast, that gave us a very good impression. The room was full equipped and was very capacious and brightness with a seperate tub. I think the area of the room was almost 50 square meter. Very very perfect for those families who have babies. Location was not as good as those in cities, however we were a self-driving trip so it didn't matter too much. It took only 15-min to the city.

Good hotel for business trip
Hotel itself is perfect except location. It is at the side of new development zone, transportation other than taxi rest are not convenient. Room spacious, staffs are all helpful and friendly.

You cannot control the AC, so despite rigorous promises by the manager that he would fix it, the room stayed s balmy 80 degrees! It’s infuriating. A booked the Pullman because I wanted a brand I could trust. Sleepless in the Sauna. They control the temperature centrally at 79 degrees.

Excellent Hotel! But far from everywhere else.
The hotel is of excellent standards. Very clean and comfortable. Service was good too. I like that there were many lifts and they were fast and efficient. But pity the location was a big minus. It was far away from everywhere else. Not even a convenience store nearby.

Pullman Wuxi less than 15min away from airport. Happy to be picked up as we arrived late night. We didn’t see the taxi queue at the arrival hall. Transfer to hotel was quick. 3 persons came to pick us. They carried a card that bore my initials as instructed. Driver 1 took 2 luggage & both of us. Another concierge staff, Spark, with whom I was writing back & forth with, drove a Pullman van that carried our equipment bag. 2 bottles of mineral water were kept for us in our car. Arrived at hotel check-in desk, the female & male staff did a quick checkin for us. Gave us enough access cards to use, quickly assigned our unit. They did not introduce the hotel to us. But Jin, the guest relations, handed me her card, told me if I needed help just call her. She informed me about the breakfast floor, gym etc. She & Spark & another concierge staff helped us with our luggage. They spoke English! Room was spacious with lots of space for 3 pieces of luggage, lots of drawers & cabinets to store our clothes & shoes! Bathroom amenities were sufficient. Iron board, umbrella & an electric kettle plus all the cups & glasses & mineral water were all there. A few problems surfaced: 1. Bathroom - ‘fishtank’ type, we put the blind down. 2. See-through bathroom door, couldn’t close due to uneven floor. 2307. 3. Room faced a piece of land which was under construction. The noise didn’t affect us as we left early for our events. 4. Window ledge dusty.

Well recomended home from home
A very nice large and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The place can get very crowded over weekends as it runs successful family promotions. There is not much to do in the surrounding area. However Wuxi is a RMB 50 taxi ride away.

I asked for a morning call, early taxi to be ready at 6:30am. Everything was in place and the staff even prepared me a cup of coffee and some breads since it was too early for the resturant buffet.

Hotel room is nice; Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. However, note that breakfast start at 6.30am, not 6am as shown on the website. I was not able to have breakfast due to my flight, but appreciate that the staff took the effort to offer a simple takeaway option instead.

Grand hotel. Great room. However this hotel is not particularly suited for international travelers. Staff are not able to communicate well in English if at all. Internet connection instructions are in Chinese. No breakfast menu. Super slow internet connection which immediately disconnects you the moment your mobile phone goes into sleep mode: very frustrating.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, but nearly deserted. The staff appear to be trainees, and there was no A/C, in Wuxi, in April?!. I wonder if Pullman know their name is on the building? Price is great, but it is mystery as to how the doors stay open given the overhead and the lack of guests.
