Hotel located within a small plaza with dining and laundering options. Parking was onsite and convenient. Short walk to centro. Being The ā€œcoffee capitalā€ of Mexico the hotel is surrounded by excellent coffee shops.

No elevator, but we got a room on the ground floor that was wheelchair accessible. The breakfast and reception area are also wheelchair accessible. Great location near the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. No complaints!

La habitaciĆ³n fue cĆ³moda y limpia pero tienen problemas en el baƱo, de todos los dĆ­as no tuve agua caliente, lo mĆ”ximo que saliĆ³ fue tibia frĆ­a. Me gustĆ³ mucho que tuvieran su propio estacionamiento, fĆ”cil de maniobrar a pesar de ser pequeƱo. La ubicaciĆ³n del hotel estĆ” bastante cerca del centro.

El Hotel en apariencia estĆ” bien, pero habĆ­a agua en el piso del baƱo de la habitaciĆ³n, pedimos que vinieran a secarla y tardaron una eternidad en hacerlo, amĆ©n de que nadie nos contestaba el telĆ©fono en la recepciĆ³n. Y ahora a las 7:30 am hay un hilito de agua en la regadera y no hay agua caliente, me dicen que no es problema de ellos, que es externo y que lo quĆ© pasa es que dado que huĆ©spedes se estĆ”n baƱando es que yo no tengo agua, me ofrecieron darme otra habitaciĆ³n para baƱarme, pero checaron y tampoco hay agua y estĆ” frĆ­a. En SĆ­ntesis este Hotel es una Facha, aunque crĆ©anme se me ocurren otras palabras poco decentes para describirlo.
