Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Most hospitable stay ever!
My friend and I were extremely impressed with our stay at this perfect little house! The hosts really care about “the little things” to make it feel like a home away from home. Very modern. Bed is soft. Lights throughout the house can be controlled by Alexa. There is no driveway. We would stay here again!

The Perfect Small House
I want Bonnie to redecorate my house! She is a incredible host and exceeded any expectations. The house is well maintained and impeccably clean. The fence is intact and safe for my dogs. Quiet neighborhood. The hot tub felt great after a 12 hour day. Bonnie even left dog treats and delicious vegan snacks for me. Exceptional! Thank you Bonnie.

Great hospitality, and comfortable clean home
Bonnie and Dave's "perfectly small house" was a great place to stay during a visit with nearby family members. The house was very clean, and had everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The hosts were very welcoming, and asked what types of snacks I wanted, and even had vegan items for me and treats for my dog. They left a special blanket for my dog, and the yard was safe and secure for her to run around. I felt very welcome, and comfortable throughout the whole stay. Washer/dryer was also convenient, and the hottub was a nice place to relax as well.

Fantastic!
This was one of the best rentals on any platform I have used. Perfectly clean, adorably furnished and perfect interaction with host and met all needs. It’s hard to find nice spaces that allow dogs and I pride myself in making it looking like no one stayed there by the time we left. This place was perfect and while small, absolutely comfortable and perfect for single/couple travel. Thank you!

Great host and house!
My husband and I stayed here for three nights in June and it was a great home base for us to explore SW Ohio! As described and shown in photos, it's a small house, but the hosts made such great use of the space! We remarked a few times how it was probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at. Bonnie went out of the way to get candy, snacks, and drinks for us for our stay which was so nice. She recommended a few restaurants too which was helpful. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The hot tub was clean and worked great. The AC worked super well. Shower was modern, easy to use, and spotless. We stayed in Xenia because the rental options seemed better at a lower price than the surrounding areas we wanted to visit and the house did not disappoint! Thanks for having us Bonnie! Would definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

Wonderful spa time!
It was wonderful getting away from day to day things with my husband. It was close to checking out some neat local places and the hot tub was nice in the evening . Plus not far from John Bryan park to do some hiking and adventures in Yellow springs. They owners were very thankful!

A delightful place to stay
This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay.

Hospitable perfect little place
Honestly we have never stayed at a better VRBO. It was absolute perfection. I was blown away with every little detail that was thought through. The place was extremely clean, super cute, and we were very spoiled with all of the thoughtful details of everything and anything we could have needed or thought of. The host went above and frankly way beyond what I've ever experienced at a vacation home, from the sweetest special treats and drinks to great local recommendations. We used all of it and are super grateful. Trust me you will want to stay at this one!

Best stay of all to-date! Completely wonderful and thoroughly adequate little home! imcredibly welcoming, clean and met every need. Host is fantastic and exceeded expectations the moment i booked dates. bonnie is committed and transparent in the entire process, going beyond what most would do. this is a sweet little home and another bonus is that it is very sound proof so if you are used to living in a home where you hear all of your neighbors, etc.--this is not a problem! it's a real neighborhood and parking across street is a non-issue. it's a baby street and no issue with parking wars so don't let that be a worry! easy peasy 😉 thank you bonnie! we loved it and the proximity to bike trail and everything! thank you for sharing your sweet little home 💓

This house was just perfect for the 2 of us! So CLEAN! We weren’t at the house a lot, but when we were, it was great! We enjoyed the little treats and snacks left by Bonnie and if we are ever heading to Xenia again, we will definitely check to see if this house is available! Definitely recommend!

Skip the 5 star hotel
And stay at Bonnie and Dave's place. Honestly, the beautiful little house and yard could not be better renovated, designed, and equipped for not just comfort, but luxury, especially if you're bringing furry companions. Bonnie has thought of everything! Please do not be put off by the small house neighborhood; I met some of the neighbors and they are lovely people who adore their dogs! Some younger folks drive a little fast down the street when returning from school and work, so watch that with your animal companions. Day and night were otherwise very quiet when we were there. We would beg to stay there again if we return to the area.

The Royal Treatment
This beautiful and well-appointed home had everything we needed and more! The owners certainly rolled out the red carpet by providing luxury accommodation with extras for our dog and us. It was hard to leave this sweet cottage.

Perfect Little House
My girlfriend and I stayed at this location for our anniversary. The house is so cute and perfectly sized for the two of us! They stocked it with everything we needed and more, plus a gift card to the cutest local coffee shop and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Fun times exploring Xenia, Yellow Springs, and Clifton. We cannot thank the hosts enough! We will be repeat customers!
