Absolutely amazing stay at Angsana Ho Tram. The accommodation, activities and facilities were all high quality and well considered. I particularly loved getting a new scent and treat placed in our room by housekeeping everyday - all part of the sensory experience emphasised in Angsana. The staff were all warm, attentive and informed. The only drawback is that the area is still being developed, so thereā€™s not much to do outside the resort without booking a day tour.

I mostly give five star on my reviews as I always appreciate the services given to me. However this property need to improve their services as such listen to customer reasonable request. I would not recommend this property. There're better properties nearby, for example the InterContinental with much better accommodation experience.
