Fall head over heels for this breathtaking homestead, nestled just 15 minutes from central Mudgee. Set on more than 260 acres of private land and a working cattle farm, it captures views over the valley and rolling countryside. From morning laps in the pool to cocktail hours on the deck, here life revolves around the outdoors. Explore the sprawling grounds, cook up gourmet delights on the BBQ, cosy up in front of the fireplace or work remotely from the dedicated office.
Upon arrival, you’ll be captivated by Seven Tree Hill's storybook charm, replete with undulating hills and gum trees that give it a real feel of Australiana. Its large-scale proportions and alfresco spaces make it the perfect hideaway for large groups wanting to immerse themselves in nature, with a touch of lavishness.

From morning till night, the deck is an idyllic spot to take it all in, with no interruptions except for the gentle rustling of leaves and the occasional chirping of birds. A glistening swimming pool encourages a dip during summer, while the outdoor BBQ makes it easy to whip up lunch. At cocktail hour watch the valley change hue to the setting sun. Kids will love a game of backyard cricket with darts for the adults, plus a tyre swing and cubby house to play in.

Two lounge rooms allow for separate zones between parents and kids, with TVs in both to enjoy movie nights at home. These spaces offer split-system heating and cooling to keep things comfortable year-round. You’ll also find a full kitchen and breakfast bar, large indoor dining table for cosy dinners next to the fire and a dedicated office for those needing to work from home.

With six full bedrooms along with the kids’ quarters, this home is a real retreat for families—sleeping 19 guests in total. The primary bedroom is a indulgent suite with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom replete with a freestanding tub and dual vanity. The next three bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed, with a two-way ensuite connecting bedrooms three and four. The fifth bedroom is set with a combination bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single above, while bedroom six includes two sets of single bunks—meaning there’s plenty of choice. A further two bunk beds can be found in the second living room, which also serves as a kids' retreat for movies, games and activities.

Guests will also have access to a full laundry, comprising a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays. This home also comes with excellent family amenities, including board games, highchair and travel cot. Ample parking is provided on the driveway.
