Yen Bai Province Holiday Packages

Peony was so friendly, helpful and efficient and we were grateful for her English speaking ability. Our arrival was delayed by several hours and the taxi was unable to drop us right outside hotel - the traffic was nuts- Peony appeared out of nowhere and grabbed both our suitcases , wheeled them with is tottering behind, through a million motor bikes and cars back to the hotel. Impressive!

Staff friendly. Facilities excellent. Bed and pillows great. They also held our luggage a couple of times when we did trips out from hanoi. A few stairs but also a lift. Felt like we were in the centre of everything, it was so easy to walk wverywhere.

The room was great but we paid for the suite. Room was large with a lounge and amazing bed. The second room we booked was standard and was ok. This hotel is in a great location

The rooms and especially the bed were fantastic. The staff were excellent and the restaurant was great.
