The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They were able to speak English and helped check me in easily. The bathroom light was outside the bathroom which confused me at first. Overall a good choice if you are in Yokohama.

The room is okay. They gave us a oddly shaped room which we don't like. Its very tight on space. Its only one night before our cruise so we didnt complain or ask for a different room. The bed is very firm and the 1 pillow each are super flat so not comfortable.

Yokohama Chinatown is 3 blocks away as is the international cruise terminal. A 6 person taxi van costs Yen$385,000 with the eroad fees and service fees. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are fine
