Awesome place to stay for families
Good location with eateries nearby: Sushiro downstairs with other food option available. Family Mart and a drug store within walking distance, and N.West exit of Yokohama Station is nearby as well. Amenities are all great: microwave, dryer/washer, fridge. Room is spacious with a large TV and comfortable beds. They even provide a charging plug and cable. Only downside is the lobby of the hotel is not on the first floor which is hard to locate if you are not familiar with the area. You have to find a lift to the 4th floor.

The Best!
The best hotel we stayed in. I will book again and again. Brand new, excellent staff, convenient to go anywhere in Yokohama and Tokyo. Close to the train station and food. The hotel offers a lot of amenities and the residential rooms are spacious and very clean! The staff is very helpful and prioritizes the needs of the guests. I love that they offer Yamato services for the luggage. I recommended this hotel for a family affair and all ten groups booked and are extremely happy with their stay.

I felt a bit uncomfortable to go through the drinking places before I reach to the hotel since I don’t drink at all. However, in the morning, the streets are back to quiet and clean. Also, I did not feel any fear nor threat.

A little difficult to find it but once you realize that the entrance to the hotel and reception is on the 4th floor it was easy. Close to the Yokohama station and lots of interesting shops.

Nice short walk to train station and all the shopping and restaurants with-in the station. Rooms are spacious, new, clean, and especially love the totally automated toilet. Hotel is not easy to find. Follow the signage, check in is on the fourth floor. Breakfast is set, Western or Japanese. I wouldn’t call it a full buffet. Side dishes are limited, so after a couple of days it might become a little bland.
