・立地が最高。地下鉄出口出たらそこにある。 ・周囲に飲食店はないがコンビニが数件あるので困らない ・アメニティバーに備えてあるもののが種類豊富でとても良い。フェイスパックまであったのは驚いた。 ・水回りがそこはかとなく臭う。 ・浴室の蛇口周りの清掃が甘い。黒カビと水垢は掃除で何とかなるレベルなので、定期的に対応したほうがよい。

Excellent service. Remarkably quiet, despite its location near a busy boulevard. The fridge did not get very cold and the room A/C struggled to cool our room in mild weather. Bit of a walk for 7am Starbucks, but worth it.

Very nice hotel in convenient location
Very friendly staff. Room is clean and breakfast is delicious. Location is excellent, right on top of a subway station exit. Convenient stores and restaurants are easy to reach. Landmarks such as red brick warehouse and china town are easy to reach. Definitely will stay here again if in Yokohama.

The location is very convenient as it is very closed to bashamachi station. The TV has laundry status so that I can check if there are washer/dryer available, or how much time the wash/dry has taken place so that I can go pick up my laundry at the right time.
