This is a beautiful hotel. It is connected to Queens mall and has all types of shopping in the area. Landmark Tower is more upscale as Queens mall and World Porters across the street has more affordable options. Lots of food choices and a food court at World Porters. Hotel over looks Cosmo World and that gorgeous Ferris wheel. Cup of Noodles museum is a short walk away. Check in is at 3pm but they will hold your bags if you arrive early. Check out was fast and easy. The concierge desk on the 1st flr will assist w/ your travel plans. They printed out a train route to Kamakura. Which was more helpful than google maps. We did not eat inside the hotel but our room was clean and the huge bay window w balcony was impressive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility was beautiful and conveniently located to shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. The staff were helpful and polite every where we needed them. We loved everything about this hotel. We also enjoyed eating at the cafe near the front desk. The food was amazing and the chef from Romania was so kind and fun to talk to, we took a picture with him to remember our wonderful dinner!

Wonderful experience staying here. Paid for a room with a view of the bay and could not have been happier with it. Got a great view of the amusement park and the famous Ferris wheel. Had a lot of dining options available either in the hotel or the connected mall area. If nothing around there sounded good, it was a brief walk to several terrific restaurants or to the train station to get around the city. Will definitely be staying here again on a return trip. We used the laundry service and it was also excellent and quick.

Only negative is the 2000 yen charge for checking out 1 hour later than the 11AM checkout time. Hotel next to this one allows me to checkout 3 hours late without charge.

Best Hotel
I've stayed at a variety of hotels, including many high end ones. The Yokohama Bay Hotel was The Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Just a wonderful room, plenty of amenities in the room, and an excellent breakfast buffet.

Loved this hotel, we chose this instead of being right inside tokyo and we are so glad we did! Loved the view of the ferris wheel, walkable to restaurants, shopping and train station. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Also the room was so spacious after staying in tiny hotel rooms!

The hotel was situated within a mall with plenty of shopping and some dinning options. The hotel itself had 4 restaurants but we were only there for 1 night so didn't get to sample any. Our room had a balcony that looked out over the harbour and the Ferris wheel.

An amazing hotel, affordable, elegant and fantastic views of the bay. So convenient, this hotel is connected to a beautiful shopping mall with direct access to the train station, restaurants and cafes. Walkable to everything and very safe. We will stay here again! .
