Road was very difficult to maneuver in and out of driveway. Narrow road no room on street and area very noisy with trucks.

Nice house well equipped and in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to cross county parkway and with nearby stores of all types. Private parking for two cars amd a very pleasant and responsive owner

Excellent place to stay that is near the City
Nice house with private two car parking. Oven, laundry, microwave and refrigerator. Convenient to parkways and shopping center is ten minutes away. Neighborhood is decent; no people hanging out on the street and traffic by house is low. The manager is very responsive and pleasant.

Great Location
We stayed here to visit family. Very pleased with the close shops and food options. Big Al’s is great!! Kitchen needs more items to be considered functional. Could use some updated linens. Great shower head! Beautiful view off the back balcony!

Great property to stay in, but it states the entire property is more like the upstairs apartment there is someone living in the lower apartment. They should also state that the laundry are for people that are staying four days or longer stood there for the weekend great neighborhood but the neighbor I believe is in a motorcycle gang and they had the motorcycles on for quite some time during the weekend.

Close enough to home
We did an extended stay of nearly two weeks and what a great place to be 3 bedrooms, TV's in two of them decent furniture. Enough space for everyone. Off street parking, FiOS tv and internet. Right of the parkway. Easy communication with owners. Lots of positives, would stay again. Only issues were I don't remember listing noting someone living downstairs also the kitchen pans were not usable as they had residue and no sheet pans.

Convenient location
We stayed here and took the Metro North Train into NYC. It was very easy to access the city. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is beautiful. We enjoyed a take out dinner on the back deck.

Yonkers Home
The property was perfect for our trip and accommodations suited our needs for four adults and one child. The check in process however was awful. We did not receive any information regarding how to access the property for several hours after the check-in time. Made for a real stressful start to the trip! This property would have gotten a 5 star rating except for this reason. It really is a nice place.

Nice place to refresh and recharge. Close to Yonkers/Bronx sites
We used house for Fordham graduation weekend. It was only a 15 min drive and worked out great. The house is close to Saw Mill Pkwy North and South exits for easy access. Its spacious and well appointed. Everything modern. Back porch nice spot to relax and get some air. Only one bathroom, so some scheduling needed if you have 3 or more folks in house. Private driveway for parking, which is great because street is very tight.

I love this property!
I enjoyed staying at this property! The property is very well kept, very clean, organized and the style of decor was very nice as well! I would stay here again, the only thing is the owner did not tell me that someone resides downstairs of the property! So it felt a little uncomfortable having someone knock on the ceiling below us when we were having a good time after midnight during the holidays! I also would have liked a little more communication & info before my stay! Other than that the renter Ricky was very warming and welcoming to his property!
