It was clean and updated, but the hallways smelled so strongly of potpourri and the smell carried into the room. The king bed was comfortable, but the base of the bed was wrapped in some type of metal/aluminum which made a shaking sound any time we got in and out of bed or repositioned our bodies - we laughed it off but it was a major turn-off to wanting to go back.

This was a fabulous place to stay for a week while working a convention at York fairgrounds. Staff was great! Only small issue was the internet for tv was spotty. Definitely recommend.

Got a text that hotel tried to charge my visa card on day of check in before I was there. When I called them , they told me I hadn't checked in yet and they were charging me, and if I didn't notify them of a late check in my room would be cancelled. This was app. 4pm.

Overall you could stay here
Overall our stay was good. The room appeared to be clean. Our room was stocked with towels. We did notice a hair in the shower that was missed. It didnt look like the bathroom wasnt cleaned but that they missed a spot. The staff was polite and warm. The metal bed frame is definitely something that they need to do away with. It sounded like someone was dropping things into a dumpster. I heard another room and I honestly thought housekeeping was dropping heavy items into the dumpster until we heard it on our bed as well. The tvs were small as they were not even a 42". There was an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall. Since it was just me and my husband I didnt complain to the staff but it would definitely be dangerous if children were in the room.
