Wyndham truly disappointed!
The room was absolutely filthy and I mean filthy the microwave door looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months shower with some dirty I was scared to get in it. So please be warned do not staying this Days inn in York PA. I could have got a better room in the middle of Kensington in Philadelphia and I mean that.

the room was terrible, the furnace didnt work, the coat rack was hanging off the wall and they said they gave us a non smoking room. it smelled like someone tried to cover up the smoke with a pallet of perfume. when i told them we wouldnt be staying we wanted a refund she said she couldnt do it. so ill be reporting them

What a dump!!
This place makes Motel 6 look like the Waldorf. The door to my room didn't fit the opening (see the first picture) and flushing the toilet always took 2+ flushes (see the second & third pix). I have two friends who didn't bother staying their second nights. YUK!!

We paid a low price and definitely got a low product. The hotel definitely needs upgrades as the furniture is old and scratched, the water wasn’t warm enough, the channels in the TV were frozen and the vending machines were not working. We had to cancel our 2 day reservation just for one day because we couldn’t stay another day.

Worth the money
It was a pretty good room for the price. Although on at 8am on a Sunday morning they decided to work on the exterior and woke me up. No coffee maker as advertised. The shower was weak but warm. Good heater too.

The room was quite cold (60degrees) when I entered. The heater could not be set above 74 and the heater was not capable of warming beyond 72 degrees. No toilet paper, no tissue paper, no coffee maker, no hot water for the shower. The breakfast room was also cold, maybe 65 degrees. I had to knock on the office door to request a remote for the TV in the breakfast room and when the door opened it was significantly warmer in the office, to the tune of at least 10 degrees warmer. Breakfast was ok. However, the waffle batter ran out before breakfast was done and not refilled.

This was an absolute terrible experience. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. I made my reservation for a King Room, and when I arrived to check-in the very rude lady at the front desk said that she didn't have any King Rooms left. She gave me a room with 2 beds with no compensation. The 1st room she gave me had not been cleaned and the beds were not made. The room we ended up with the floor was dirty and need vacuumed. I tried to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. The room didn't even have a trash can. The walls were dirty and in need of repairs and painting. The refrigerator in the room did not work and we ended up leaving our food in the car.
