Do not stay here. After we checked in and got a key, we went to the room, accessible by an outside balcony/corridor. Outside of the building was dirty and had rust on all the stairwells. Exterior carpets were filthy. Room had a strange odor, and both the sink and toilet had not been properly cleaned. We went back to the desk to return the key and go elsewhere. We were offered a room upgrade but declined. They could not give me a refund since we had already checked in. I returned the key anyway and went somewhere else. Further attempts to get a refund through the email I was provided have gone unanswered. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card and reporting them to the Days Inn corporate.

Bed Bugs!!! Go somewhere else. Woke up with numerous bites. Ended up sleeping in a chair for a few hours and leaving the motel 5 hours earlier than I had planned; and did not do what I had planned. The Person at the front desk did not seem surprised; nor did he offer to do anything for me. I am calling the Mahoning County, Ohio health department tomorrow to report them

My room was dirty and smelled like someone just got done smoking a cigarette. After further inspection I found cigarette ashes behind the bed and the night stand and the bed frame was broken. I reported this to the front desk and I canceled my stay.

It is outside entry to the room and there were many people people loud and drinking out in the parking lot that we had to walk through to get to our room. Hair on the walls in the bathroom. At first I thought we were given throw pillows on the bed because there were small and square, but they were actually regular very flat pillows smooshed in the pillow case to look fuller. Desk chair was broken and no desk in the room. Phone and TV didn’t work.

Just shut down.
I’m glad we were only there a few hours. Let’s start with it took almost 25 minutes waiting to get the room. There were old bed mattresses outside in the lot at the back. Our room had half a roll of tissue. I called for some more and nobody answered. Finally walked back up there and I guy said the phones don’t work and nobody was there to bring anything to the room. The room smelled bad. Also it was kid toys left in the room . I will never stay there again. And the breakfast was just basically milk bread butter and muffins with juice..

Toilet did not flush. TV did not work. Telephone did not work. No towels. Wallpaper torn half way off the wall. Pool covered with winter cover. Dead stink bugs all over the floor. Supposed to be a non-smoking facility, not true, vents let smoke from room next door in. Wall outlets did not work. Piles of old mattresses all around the perimeter of the buildings, and stacked in piles. Trash bins overflowing. Small grill, cooler and table with chairs sitting on the sidewalk (seems like someone is living there, so we couldn't even walk down the sidewalk. Beer cans and bottles all over the ground. Breakfast, there was no breakfast. A few bagels and some slices of bread, NOTHING else. Thankfully the front desk changed our room to the other side of the building. It was like a completely different hotel. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend this Motel. It was a total false advertisement listed on Expedia.

Pool was closed, room had a weird smell, definitely needs to be upgraded. Literally just a sheet on the bed, no comforter. Bed was somewhat comfy but cleaning staff needs to learn to deep clean. Was ok for a one night but i wouldnt stay longer than that. Breakfast was also not well stocked. Just a bagel and juice.

Never saw a cleaning person. Room wasn't touched. Reported Sunday morning that toilet was not flushing correctly. Told the front desk that we would be gone, so no big hurry, but we would like it repaired by evening. It was never touched. TV remote didn't work, which we also reported. Grass around the outside was about 1 ft. tall. There was a group there for the weekend and seemed to get the best service. Coffee was like water and one of the women suggested we get coffee from the conference room and it was fine. We didn't even have napkins with our light breakfast. My husband spotted a stack of them by the HOT FOOD for "the group" and the guy at the desk told him the napkins were for the group !! He took 2 anyway. Won't stay there again.

I was in charge of a 15 person group. We rented eight rooms. One room had bedbugs in the bed. Another room had urine on the toilet seat. Four of the rooms were very dirty, including bloody burgers on the wall. Four of the rooms were so dirty those people left for another hotel room. I need to be a reimbursed for four of the rooms. Those people could not stand how dirty the rooms were so they left find another hotel.
