Immerse Yourself in the Center of Wine Country - Long Term Okay

Yountville is one of the most beautiful locations to stay in the Napa Valley. Small town feel, walk to anywhere and the best restaurants in the food industry. French Laundry, Bistro Jeanty, Bottega and Coquetta, Bouchon,etc. If you're coming for a visit, prepare for food and wine within walking distance of this jewel of a condo in Yountville. The spacious condo has been updated inside and out, beautifully decorated with original art, hardwood floors, fine tile, quartz and mirrors. The updated and enlarged outdoor patio with grassy views and privacy is the newest addition. The home has everything you would need for a perfect stay. A single story end unit with only one soundproofed wall next to an occasional neighbor makes it very private and quiet. Both bedrooms have queen beds and quality 1000 TC sheets with down comforters. Fat, soft oversized towels in each bathroom, soaker tub in the guest bath and oversized shower in master bath.

Let's talk about the kitchen! A giant quartzite counter height island (6'x7') seats 6 people. A prep sink on the island, gas range and deep sink next to dishwasher make it easy to prep and cook while enjoying the company of your guests. Wine fridge for your wine purchases while visiting and micro/convection for quick meal prep. Fully equipped kitchen including top of the line cookware and knives for those that cook. But, with so many foodie stops so close, why?

The open concept living room features Wi-fi, surround sound speakers with 55" smart TV and gas fireplace. A walk-in closet in the master bedroom and sliding mirror door closet in guest bedroom feature built-ins for easy organization of your travel wardrobe. The expanded and updated back patio is perfect for peaceful comfort and openness to the backyard area. A large firetable, sofa and chairs along with a private sitting space outside the main bedroom adds to places to hang out and enjoy your stay. Click on the fire, pour your favorite glass of wine and sit back to enjoy a perfect spring/summer/fall evening in the wine country.

The condo is spectacular but the location cannot be beat. Walk to town BUT a walk through the vineyards on a lovely evening with a glass of wine is just as nice. Around the corner and down a short street and you're surrounded with the reason the Napa Valley is so enticing. Vineyards and distant hills on a peaceful walk or an invigorating bike ride rounds out the perfect retreat location.

Washer/dryer are located in the garage and there is plenty of room in the driveway for 2 cars. Pool, jacuzzi and club house across the street. LONG TERM RENT IS AVAILABLE. Non smoking only, not suitable for children, some pets allowed (please ask), wheelchair inaccessible

Had a wonderful month enjoying the outdoor space and the sunshine in wine country. The space in the condo was great - two large bedrooms and full baths so guests could have their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens available. We really enjoyed sitting around the huge kitchen island for meals. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. The neighborhood was delightful, and we easily walked to the pool and to restaurants on the Yountville Main Street. It was a great stay and I would absolutely rent again.

The property is lovely! Steps away from the renowned (and costly) Bardessono resort, you find this incredible neighborhood full of joyful homes, with yards covered by gorgeous flowers. This property is wonderful proximity to town! The kitchen is legendary. The patio is awesome (and would be hundreds more PER NIGHT to get a patio like it at any of the resorts). The 2 bedrooms are spaced out nicely. The bathrooms are terrific. Sitting is comfortable. Supplies are plentiful. It was fantastic for our family of 4, and would also work well for 2 couples (or 1 couple stays all month and hosts other couple friends throughout). Cheryl was communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything.

A very nice place to stay!
My husband and I stayed the month of April at this lovely home in Yountville. All the amenities were available to make our stay comfortable and like home, including a front courtyard area, perfect for wine in the evening and enjoying the beauty of the Napa hills. The location is situated close to all the restaurants, coffee and wine tasting that Yountville has to offer. We literally walked everywhere. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!
