Almost everything was great. Awesome staff, nice and big breakfast, clean and good value. Our AC didnt work so room was very warm and the water pressure in shower was a bit lousy. Also toilett was separated from shower room and didnt have a sink.

This hotel is set back from the main square but very very close. The decor and furnishings are contemporary - inside the hotel and rooms are very clean. They are doing construction right in front of the hotel but you can still access the front lobby/doors.

Have stayed here several times and this time just wasn’t as good. Breakfast not as fresh, bread and pastries not fresh each day. Staff on reception were not very engaging. Room service hit and miss. Bed not made, missing cups, toiletries empty etc. just not the same attention to detail we have experienced before.

The property is really nice and the staff are great. Its coneviently located an easy walk from the train station. The biggest draw back is the construction oitside and the transient population in the area. Great for a short overnight stay if getting connecting trains but for longer stays the city centre would be a better option.

Hotel is centrally located for easy walking to everything in the centre of town. This includes restaurants, shops and sights. Parking is a little challenge but nothing to be concerned about as you can park behind the hotel or underground. Rooms are spacous and well appointed for a mid range hotel. Overall for good value and i would stay here again. Staff were very pleasant.

An excellent, up-market hotel. The staff were very helpful, and of course spoke excellent English. The rooms were very modern and spacious, quite avant-garde, although quite a surprise to see the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom itself! It is a lovely hotel, although breakfast was rather expensive, however, beautifully presented. We would definitely stay there again.

Nicely designed, bright and clean. Great indoor bike storage. A bit thin on staff at times and the bar is unfortunately lacking in all but a few basics. Location is very good with a short walk to the Cloth Hall and Menin Gate. The bathroom setup is a little different. Okay for a couple but would be weird with older kids or friends sharing a room as there is no separate bathroom. The shower and toilet open in to the room.
